Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs aligned with business strategy and value realization goals.

Define the transformation roadmap, drive process standardization, and enable business change.

Establish program governance, delivery frameworks, and executive reporting mechanisms.

Manage program execution, milestones, risks, dependencies, quality, and adherence to SAP Activate/Agile methodologies.

Act as a trusted advisor to CXO-level stakeholders, aligning business objectives with SAP-enabled outcomes.

Drive collaboration across business, IT, delivery teams, and external partners.

Provide strategic oversight of SAP solutions, integrations, enterprise architecture, and innovation initiatives.

Champion adoption of SAP BTP, Embedded AI/Joule capabilities and future-state digital transformation.

Govern data migration, cutover planning, change management, business readiness, and benefit realization.

Own program financials, SOWs, resource planning, vendor management, and delivery accountability.

15+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on enterprise transformation programs.

Proven track record leading end-to-end SAP transformations.

Strong exposure to process transformation across core SAP modules.

Deep understanding of data migration, integration, and digital architecture.

Experience managing CXO-level stakeholder relationships.

Expertise in global delivery models and large-scale team leadership.

Strong program governance, delivery management, risk, dependency, and stakeholder management experience.

Experience defining SAP transformation roadmaps and driving enterprise-wide process standardization.

Experience with SAP BTP, Embedded AI, and Joule capabilities.

Experience with SAP Activate and Agile delivery frameworks.

Experience governing data migration, cutover, business readiness, and organizational change activities.

Experience managing program financials, SOWs, vendors, and resource planning.
