Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Salesforce CRM Senior Director – Sales & Marketing Technology to lead the global technology strategy for Salesforce CRM and marketing platforms across North America, EMEA, and India. This role will serve as a senior product and technology leader responsible for modernizing CRM capabilities, enabling sales and distribution teams, and driving technology innovation across marketing and client service platforms.
The ideal candidate will bring deep Salesforce CRM expertise, strong experience in asset management or financial services distribution, and a proven track record of leading global technology teams while delivering scalable, enterprise-grade CRM solutions.
This role requires a strategic product leader who can collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and executive leadership to deliver high-impact sales and marketing technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Global Technology Strategy

Own and define the global Salesforce CRM and Sales & Marketing technology strategy across North America, EMEA, and India.

Drive enterprise CRM innovation to support sales enablement, marketing automation, client engagement, and distribution optimization.
Product Leadership and Innovation

Lead the vision and roadmap for Salesforce CRM and related marketing technologies within a complex enterprise environment.

Partner with business leaders to translate strategic goals into scalable product and technology solutions.
Global Team Leadership

Lead and mentor cross-regional technology teams across multiple geographies including North America, EMEA, and India.

Build high-performing teams focused on innovation, collaboration, and engineering excellence.
Sales and Marketing Technology Transformation

Implement best-in-class Salesforce CRM capabilities across sales operations, distribution management, and client service functions.

Drive adoption of advanced CRM features including AI, analytics, and automation to improve operational efficiency and client experience.
Strategic Business Partnership

Collaborate with business partners across sales, marketing, distribution, and client service teams to align technology strategy with business outcomes.

Provide technology thought leadership to executive stakeholders.
Agile Delivery Leadership

Guide product development teams using Agile methodologies including quarterly PI planning, backlog prioritization, and incremental delivery models.

Ensure high quality delivery across offshore and global engineering teams.
Technology Thought Leadership

Stay ahead of emerging technologies across CRM, AI, and digital marketing platforms.

Evaluate and implement innovative technologies that improve sales enablement, marketing performance, and client engagement.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

10+ years of experience in enterprise technology leadership, software engineering, or CRM platform development.

5–10 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM ecosystem and SaaS platforms.

Strong experience delivering Salesforce solutions within financial services, asset management, wealth management, or insurance environments.

Proven experience building and leading global technology teams across multiple regions.

Experience defining and executing enterprise technology strategy aligned with business priorities.

Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, CRM architecture, AI/ML integration, and SaaS-based enterprise platforms.

Experience working within Agile product development environments, including PI planning and backlog management.

Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
