Job Title: - Salesforce Solution Architect
Job Location: Atlanta, GA (2 days WFO)
Job Type: - Contract to hire
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Project Management – Lead end-to-end project management of Salesforce implementation projects AMS including planning execution monitoring and closure
- Client Engagement – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle ensuring clear communication managing expectations and addressing any concerns
- Requirements Gathering – Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements translating them into actionable project plans and deliverables
- Solution Design – Work closely with Business Product Owners to design and configure Salesforce solutions that align with client needs and business objectives
- Team Leadership – Provide leadership and guidance to cross functional teams including developers consultants and QA analysts to ensure successful project delivery
- Risk Management – Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues ensuring projects stay on track and within scope
- Continuous Improvement – Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes methodologies and best practices
Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator ADM 201, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales, Service Cloud Consultant are highly desired
- Proven experience managing end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects including planning execution and delivery
- Experience of leading team size of 50
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities configuration and customization options
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage resources and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Exceptional communication interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients stakeholders and cross functional teams
- Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed
