Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Coach teams on Scrum principles, Agile practices, and continuous improvement.
-
Remove impediments and blockers affecting team productivity and delivery.
-
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
-
Monitor sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
-
Track and report Agile metrics including Velocity, Burndown Charts, Sprint Health, and Team Capacity.
-
Drive Agile maturity and adoption across teams and stakeholders.
-
Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations.
-
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
-
Support release planning and roadmap execution.
-
Promote transparency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Prepare and present Agile delivery status reports to leadership.

Support delivery governance and ensure Agile practices are aligned with business objectives.

Coordinate resources and stakeholders to support successful project delivery.

Support scope and change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.

12–15 years of relevant professional experience.
-
Strong experience as a Scrum Master / Scrum Manager.
-
Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum, Scrum Framework, and Agile Methodologies.
-
Experience with Kanban and SAFe Agile.
-
Strong experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Release Planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
-
Experience with User Story Management and product backlog management.
-
Strong knowledge of Agile Metrics Reporting.
-
Experience with Project Delivery Management and Delivery Governance.
-
Strong Risk Management and Dependency Management skills.
-
Experience with Resource Coordination and Stakeholder Management.
-
Experience with Scope & Change Management.
-
Experience with Project Planning and Schedule Management.
-
Experience with Benefits Management.
-
Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills.
-
Experience driving Agile transformation and maturity across multiple teams or programs.
-
Experience working with distributed and cross-functional delivery teams.
-
Experience with Agile delivery governance and leadership reporting.
-
Experience supporting release roadmaps and program-level delivery.

Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Rally, Miro, Microsoft Project, and Power BI.

Experience managing complex stakeholder environments, dependencies, risks, and escalations.
