The Scrum Master serves as a servant leader and agile coach for one or more project teams, facilitating Scrum events and removing impediments so the team can deliver value effectively. The Scrum Master position promotes and supports the adoption of agile and Scrum principles, practices, and rules across the Judicial Branch, working closely with the Product Owner, development team, and stakeholders to continuously improve team performance and delivery outcomes.

• Identifying and resolving conflict within teams and across stakeholder groups.

Job related work experience may substitute for educational qualifications on a year-for-year basis. Specialized training, certifications, and/or other special requirements: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred
