Job description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Manager Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery drive Scrum best practices and enable high performing teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful execution of Agile methodologies removing impediments improving team productivity and fostering continuous improvement across projects and programs. The role requires strong stakeholder management Agile coaching delivery governance and leadership skills to ensure business objectives are achieved effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Standups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
Coach teams on Scrum principles Agile practices and continuous improvement
Remove impediments and blockers affecting team productivity and delivery
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
Monitor Sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of commitments
Track Agile metrics such as Velocity Burndown Charts Sprint Health and Team Capacity
Drive Agile maturity and adoption across teams and stakeholders
Manage risks dependencies and escalations
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and delivery teams
Support release planning and roadmap execution
Promote a culture of transparency accountability and collaboration
Prepare and present Agile delivery status reports to leadership
