Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Functional Architect / Solution Architect who can bridge business needs and technology solutions. This role will lead functional solution architecture, drive business and data analysis, and collaborate closely with technical teams to design scalable, user-centric solutions aligned with enterprise goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional solution architecture for complex business and technology initiatives
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives, pain points, and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, solution designs, and logical architectures
- Perform business and data analysis to support decision-making and solution design
- Partner with development, data, and architecture teams to ensure accurate solution implementation
- Drive requirement lifecycle management, including elicitation, documentation, validation, and sign-off
- Support application design and enhancement initiatives with a strong functional perspective
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, governance, and best practices
- Participate in solution reviews, testing support, and implementation readiness
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders
Primary Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience in Functional Solution Architecture
- Expertise in Business Analysis and Data Analysis
- Ability to design end-to-end functional solutions across applications and data platforms
- Strong understanding of business processes, data flows, and system interactions
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
Secondary / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to Application Development concepts and SDLC methodologies
- Knowledge of Data Management and Metadata Management practices
- Experience applying Design Thinking principles for user-centric solutions
- Familiarity with Data Discovery and Data Scanning technologies
- Experience working in data-driven or analytics-focused environments
