Job Title: Senior DevSecOps Cloud Specialist (Specialist – System Management)

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior DevSecOps Cloud Specialist to design, secure, automate, and operate enterprise-grade hybrid cloud platforms across AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments. This is a hands-on role focused on CI/CD platform ownership, infrastructure automation, security integration, and production reliability, operating within an ITIL-based support model.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with application, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure, scalable, and highly available systems, while driving DevSecOps standardization and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud & Infrastructure
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS and/or Azure
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of hybrid cloud environments
- Manage and optimize cloud-native services and on-prem integrations
DevSecOps & Automation
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible (IaC)
- Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub) for seamless deployments
- Implement secure DevOps practices integrating security into CI/CD pipelines
Security & Compliance
- Lead implementation of security controls including SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle management and IAM
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce cloud and DevOps security best practices
Middleware & Application Support
- Manage enterprise middleware stacks: JBoss, Spring Boot, Node.js
- Support application deployment across cloud and on-prem environments
- Drive modernization initiatives using containerization technologies
Networking & Traffic Management
- Configure and manage load balancing and traffic management solutions (F5 LTM, AWS ALB/NLB)
- Handle DNS, networking, and cloud connectivity configurations
Monitoring & Reliability
- Implement monitoring and observability using Dynatrace, Site24x7, CloudWatch
- Act as L3 support for production issues, performance tuning, and capacity planning
- Participate in on-call rotation to ensure system uptime
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work within an ITIL-based change and incident management framework
- Mentor team members and contribute to DevSecOps best practices
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in Cloud, DevOps, or DevSecOps roles
- Strong expertise in AWS and/or Azure cloud architecture & administration
- Hands-on experience with:
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible
- CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitHub
- Scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell
- Deep understanding of networking, DNS, load balancing, and cloud security
- Experience with JBoss and Apache Web Server administration
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes in enterprise environments
- Experience supporting high-availability, regulated systems
Good to Have Skills
- Experience with containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), OpenShift
- Familiarity with Spring Boot and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of Cloud Solution Architecture
- Experience in middleware modernization initiatives
