Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager – Enterprise Transformation (ETO) to support a large-scale Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO). This role will be responsible for driving program governance, executive reporting, workstream coordination, stakeholder management, and execution discipline across multiple strategic transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will serve as a key contributor within the ETO, helping leadership maintain visibility into program progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and overall transformation outcomes. This individual must be highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable supporting senior leaders within a complex enterprise environment.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Enterprise Transformation, Business Operations, or large-scale initiative delivery.
- Experience supporting executive leadership teams and governance forums.
- Strong experience managing actions, decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience preparing executive presentations, status reports, dashboards, and leadership communications.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excel
- Word
- Teams
- SharePoint
- Microsoft 365 Suite
- Strong meeting facilitation, governance, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently in a highly matrixed environment.
- Ability to work onsite in Marysville, OH, four days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within an Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO).
- Transformation PMO or Results Delivery Office experience.
- Digital Transformation or IT Transformation experience.
- Change Management and Organizational Readiness experience.
- Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Automation initiatives.
- Exposure to AI-enabled productivity and operational improvement programs.
- Consulting background with strong execution and delivery focus.
- Experience within large enterprise organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Program Governance & PMO
- Support the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) operating model and governance framework.
- Manage governance meetings, leadership reviews, and program operating cadence.
- Track and manage actions, decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Maintain executive dashboards, status reports, and governance artifacts.
- Ensure accountability and timely closure of action items across workstreams.
Program Execution & Workstream Coordination
- Coordinate activities across multiple transformation initiatives and workstreams.
- Maintain integrated program plans and consolidated reporting.
- Identify interdependencies, risks, and execution challenges.
- Facilitate alignment across business and technology teams.
- Drive follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure delivery commitments are achieved.
Executive Reporting & Leadership Support
- Develop executive-ready presentations, briefing materials, and governance reports.
- Support leadership decision-making through timely and accurate program insights.
- Maintain decision logs, action trackers, and executive communication materials.
- Provide visibility into program health, milestones, risks, and overall progress.
Stakeholder Management & Communications
- Partner with senior leaders, program sponsors, and workstream leads.
- Facilitate governance forums and stakeholder discussions.
- Coordinate communication and change management activities.
- Support stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption initiatives.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Maintain governance repositories, meeting records, and program documentation.
- Establish and manage reporting templates, standards, and best practices.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 tools to enhance collaboration, transparency, and productivity.
- Ensure consistency in documentation across transformation initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve governance processes and reporting effectiveness.
- Enhance program visibility, accountability, and execution discipline.
- Recommend process automation and AI-enabled productivity improvements.
- Support operational excellence initiatives across the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO).
