Responsibilities
- Safely deliver home medical equipment and supplies to customers
- Educate patients on proper equipment use and answer their questions
- Ensure timely deliveries and adhere to assigned routes and schedules
- Maintain excellent relationships with patients and your team
- Inspect and care for delivery vehicles, following all safety protocols
- Occasionally work on-call (evenings/weekends) to support patient needs
Required Skills and Experience
- Valid driver's license (state of residence)
- High school diploma or GED
- Communicate clearly with patients and coworkers
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
- Physical ability to move/lift up to 50 lbs (sometimes up to 120 lbs)
- At least 18 years old
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in delivery or healthcare (not required—we provide training!)
