Key Responsibilities
- Support the Treasury Strategic Forecasting Technology Portfolio Management and Governance function.
- Drive portfolio health, delivery reporting, governance routines, and executive reporting.
- Manage portfolio and project governance activities to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Lead and support enterprise change management initiatives across technology and business teams.
- Coordinate financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and portfolio reporting activities.
- Establish governance routines to drive accountability, transparency, and collaboration across stakeholders.
- Perform ad hoc data analysis and prepare executive-level presentations and communications.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Utilize Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage work effectively.
- Prioritize multiple initiatives while adapting to evolving business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives across portfolio management and governance functions.
- 7–10 years of experience in Change Management, Portfolio Management, or Project Management.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise programs within the financial services industry.
- Prior experience working with Bank of America or another global financial services organization is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Project Governance methodologies and PMO best practices.
- Experience with portfolio health reporting, governance routines, and executive reporting.
- Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio analysis skills.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Treasury or Banking Technology portfolio management experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation or strategic technology initiatives.
- Knowledge of financial governance, resource planning, and portfolio optimization.
- Experience preparing executive dashboards and leadership presentations.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or Change Management certifications are a plus.
