· Overall 8+ years of experience as Business Systems Analyst, with leading skills in requirement gathering, design, helping with development clarifications, functional testing, documentation of Functional Specification, Product Backlog Grooming, good PowerPoint presentation skills
· Strong hands-on and leadership experience in deploying a board set of AI/ML technologies
· Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile tools preferred

· The Business System Analyst must be an effective negotiator, leader, and communicator in working with client multiple business units as well as with internal IT cross-functional teams.
