Key Responsibilities
-
Define and manage the end-to-end Test Strategy, Test Plans, and delivery for Manual, Automation, and Non-Functional Testing across applications and integrated systems.

Lead test planning, scheduling, resource allocation, execution, defect management, test reporting, and ensure 100% test coverage while adhering to industry best practices.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, development teams, and client QA leadership to ensure quality delivery, performance validation, security compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Manage onsite and offshore testing teams, mentor Test Leads, track quality metrics, identify risks and dependencies, and drive successful project delivery in Agile environments.

12+ years of software testing experience with proven expertise in Test Management and leading QA teams.

Strong experience in Manual Testing, Automation Testing (Selenium with BDD), Defect Management, and Non-Functional Testing.

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, HP ALM, or similar Test Management tools.

Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, preferably with Duck Creek, along with strong Agile/Scrum knowledge, client-facing experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage distributed onsite/offshore teams.

Experience defining enterprise-wide testing methodologies, quality governance, and reusable testing accelerators.

Hands-on experience with performance testing, security validation, executive reporting, KPI dashboards, and test metrics.

Experience leading geographically distributed teams and delivering large-scale enterprise testing engagements.
