Certifications like Tibco Certified Professional are a plus
Key Responsibilities
Design and Development
Develop and implement integration solutions using TIBCO Business Works BW EMS and ADB R3 and File adapters
Create and optimize workflows for Enterprise Application Integration EAI and Service Oriented Architecture SOA
System Integration
Integrate multiple enterprise systems ERP CRM web services using TIBCO tools
Implement SOAPREST web services XML transformations and JMS messaging
Testing and Deployment
Perform unit testing integration testing and troubleshoot issues
Generate EAR files and deploy applications using TIBCO Administrator
Performance and Scalability
Monitor and optimize Tibco applications for high availability and scalability
Collaboration
Work closely with business analysts architects and QA teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Documentation
Prepare technical design documents deployment guides and maintain integration process records
