Qualifications
- Education Bachelor’s or master’s degree in UX Design Human Computer Interaction Interaction Design or a related field
- Experience Minimum of 12 years of experience in UX design with at least 8 years in a leadership or management role
- Portfolio A strong portfolio demonstrating your UX design skills and successful project outcomes.
- Technical Skills Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD Invision or similar
- Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Problem Solving Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Collaboration Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced cross functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX Design Efforts Ensure high quality and high velocity design output for yourself and the team.
- Collaborate Work closely with product managers developers marketing and other stakeholders to integrate UX design into the product development process.
- Design Execution Guide the team in creating wireframes prototypes user flows and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Usability Testing Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design solutions and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure Consistency Maintain guidelines to ensure a consistent user experience across all products.
- Project Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery of design assets and adherence to project timelines.
