Job Description
Must Have:
- 5+ years in cross-platform and cross-device product design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects that focus on user-centered design solutions and demonstrate high-caliber designs end to end.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (including prototyping).
- Strong visual skills – portfolio should demonstrate both interaction and visual design skills.
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and information architecture.
- Knowledge of design guidelines, best practices, and platform-specific design considerations for native mobile, desktop and web.
- Experience working in Agile development environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
- Passionate about keeping up with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry advancements.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and their implementation across platforms and devices.
- Passionate about solving human problems with empathy, creativity, and pragmatism.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and strategically adept.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ experience in mobile web and native apps (Android, iOS).
- Experience showcasing your end-to-end design process across multiple projects, that include interaction and visual design artifacts and high-fidelity prototypes
