Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end desktop migrations following standardized processes
- Validate functionality of business-critical applications post-migration
- Troubleshoot issues across Windows OS, applications, and Azure virtual desktop environments
- Perform application testing, defect analysis, and regression validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Provide clear communication and updates to end users and stakeholders
- Track migration progress, risks, and resolution status
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Windows desktop environments and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with desktop migration projects (planning, cutover, validation)
- Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or cloud-based desktop environments
- Understanding of networking concepts and application connectivity
- Scripting or coding experience in Python or Java for automation
- Strong debugging, log analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for user-facing interactions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with VDI environments (Citrix, VMware, Azure VDI)
- Exposure to automation or AI-based troubleshooting tools
- Background in application support or development.
